Surface treatment process of IC tray

The key element to solve the logistics efficiency and cost problem is the unitized logistics, in which the use of IC trays has a prominent impact on the efficiency of unitized transportation, warehousing, packaging, loading and unloading and distribution and other logistics operations. Therefore, in recent years, the whole country has been paying attention to IC trays.
 
In the case of more and more fierce enterprise competition and smaller profits, the cost can only be reduced by improving efficiency, and the use of IC trays is a wise choice. Therefore, the mode of goods in a container unit can greatly improve efficiency and reduce costs, so the use of IC trays increases. As China's IC tray manufacturing enterprises, private enterprises, small and micro enterprises account for the vast majority. Their advantage is that the ship is small and it is good to turn around. IC tray
 
Thermosetting plastics and fiber laminates, after sandblasting or deburring, degrease with solvent or detergent and dry. Commonly used solvents are propanol, methyl ethyl ketone, isopropyl alcohol, etc.
 
1. Polyethylene and polypropylene IC tray
 
A. Put the workpiece in an oxidizing flame, burn it to a transparent surface, and immediately put it in cold water.
 
B. Treat with 5 parts of sodium dichromate, 8 parts of water, 100 parts of sulfuric acid in the prepared solution for 1.5 hours, take out and rinse with water, and dry.
 
C. Coat the surface with 2% butyl titanate petroleum ether solution, form a film in moisture, and dry.
 
2. ABS (styrene-butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer) IC tray
 
In 26 parts of concentrated sulfuric acid, 3 parts of potassium chromate, and 13 parts of water, the solution was processed for 20 minutes. After taking out, it was washed with water and dried with hot air.
 
3. Polyamide IC tray
 
First coat a layer of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin on the surface, and then bond with epoxy resin adhesive.
 
4. Natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile rubber and styrene butadiene rubber IC tray
 
A. After the surface is sandblasted and roughened, use methanol, isopropanol, toluene and other solvents to remove oil and dry.
 
B, in 96% or more sulfuric acid, treated for 5 to 10 minutes, after the rubber surface has a silk pattern, take it out and rinse it with water to dry.
 
5. Silicone rubber IC tray
 
A. In a solution prepared with 1 part of boric acid, 49 parts of ethanol, and 50 parts of ethyl orthosilicate, treat it at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. Bake out and take out to bond.
 
B. After degreasing with an organic solvent, apply 5 ~ 10% tert-butyl titanate in trichloroethylene solution and dry.
 
C, Tu Nanda-42 coupling agent.
 
6. Fluorine rubber IC tray
 
The processing method uses fluoroplastics.
